" Chrome "

 
The inspiration to draw this 3d sketch of a "chrome" bust , came by my admiration for chrome metal. We have always admired the use of chrome on vintage automobiles as we know that a touch of it elevates the look and feel of a standard item. One can also say that , somewhere the inspiration to sketch this also came from the ,  "T-1000" liquid metal Terminator from the movie , Terminator - Judgement Day.

" Malgudi Days "

 

This show and its song invokes nostalgia . It takes us back to the time... when we were carefree kids and used to love the show and "Swami"....when life was equally full of struggles but was unequivocally simple & innocent.

Famous Indian novelist R.K.Narayan, drew on his observance of human life to create the magic of Malgudi Days. Directed by the late Kannada actor and director, Shankar Nag in 1987, the famous television series was shot entirely near Agumbe in Shimoga District, Karnataka. The sketches for the serial were done by Narayan's brother and acclaimed cartoonist, R.K.Laxman.

Its worth including in a time capsule to be retrieved after a thousand years & after almost 30 years this still touches a chord....

" Breathtaking "

 

This satire art was presented keeping in mind, what humans have led the world to be . We humans have always been dependent on nature but this dependency has cost nature greatly . And if it were to continue then the above picture would very well maybe a reality one day...a "breathtaking" reality.

"The Future"
